1. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Audiobooks)
Due to the nature of digital content, which is accessible immediately upon purchase, we have specific rules for these items:
- Non-Refundable: Digital products are generally non-refundable once the download link has been generated or the file has been accessed.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties with a file (e.g., a corrupted PDF or a broken link), please contact us at contact@rulesofdharma.com within 1 days of purchase. If we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued.
- Accidental Double Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same digital title twice, we will refund the duplicate transaction if notified within 1 hours.
2. Physical Products (Printed Books)
We want you to love your physical copy. If it isn’t quite right, here is how we handle it:
- Return Window: You have 1 days from the date of delivery to return a physical book.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the book must be in its original, unread, and resaleable condition.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a book that is damaged (e.g., torn pages, broken spine) or a misprint:
- Please notify us within 1 hour of receipt.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
- We will provide a replacement copy at no extra cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping fees.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Physical Orders: You may cancel an order for a physical book at any time before it has been shipped. Once the item is with the courier, the standard Return Policy (Section 2) applies.
- Digital Orders: Once a digital transaction is completed and the link is delivered, the order cannot be canceled.
5. Refund Process
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return (or approve a digital refund), we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, Credit Card).
- Bank Delays: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
